I am Lynn Ferrer, a Holistic Nurse Practitioner, who worked at Saint Barnabas Medical Center for over 34 years. The last part of my formal career was spent working in the outpatient cancer center at SBMC, where I began living my "Sacred Contract", as a Holistic Nurse.
I am passionate about my work and I love my patients dearly. I am honored to be a Founding Member of the WINGS Cancer Support Group for Women, and I feel truly blessed to be able to share my life with these courageous ladies. I am also a volunteer at Mary’s Place By The Sea, which is a respite home for women receiving treatment for cancer. I have a close relationship with the founders, Michele and Maria, since we started our programs at the same time and share many of the same visions for our women. Lastly, I am a member and volunteer for “Joy’s Angels, in Mountain Lakes, NJ. These loving and caring ladies welcome the patients and provide compassionate services not only for the them, but for their care-givers as well. I am happy and grateful to be a member of their team.
